Make sure there is no obstruction to the air flow.\nFEATURES OF AIR BLAST COOLERS : –\nThese are continuous flat fin and tube heat exchangers having compact and sleek design. \nIdeal for oil cooling applications where there is a scarcity of water and fir economy of operation. \nProvided with axial flow fan and motor of requisite capacity together supplied as a completely packaged unit. \nStandard sizes available from capacities ranging from 500 kcal / hr to 10,000 kcal / hr. \nHigher sizes and custom built units can be offered as per customer”s requirements. \nDesigns with copper tubes / Aluminium fins and Copper tubes / Copper fins available. \nAvailable for working pressures up to 15 bar and working temperatures up to 150° C. \nAIR BLAST COOLERS MAINTENANCE : –\nOil side cleaning: The oil side of the cooler can be cleaned by flushing with a detergent or a degreasing products compatible with aluminium. To remove the residuals silt, please use compressed air.\nAir side cleaning: The air side of the cooer can be cleaned using compressed air or water. Please pay attention to the jet direction for not spoiling the vanes. If the cooler is contaminated with oil or grease, you can steam clean the cooler. Make sure the electric motor is disconnected and properly protected.\n \nAIR BLAST COOLERS CAPACITIES : –\nThe cooling capacity of the heat exchangers is based on the outlet water temperature being above the ambient temperature. The rated cooling capacity will apply when there is a temperature differential between the inlet and the outlet of e.g., in those conditions water would return to the cooling unit at above ambient. The heat extraction rate will vary according to the differential between the inlet and ambient temperatures. All electric motors and the supporting ventilators are waterproofed and of special execution, thereby ready for outdoor installation. By request towers can be supplied complete with damper control capacity – the version with centrifugal fans – installed on the lip of every fan. They can also be supplied complete with an electric pump for the circulation of cooling water and with an electrical control panel to control resistance to winter icing.\nEVAPORATIVE COOLING TOWERS QUALITY CONTROL:\nGireesh evaporate cooling towers essentially combines a cooling tower and a condenser coil in single equipment. It eliminates the sensible heat transfer step of the condenser coil water which is required in the cooling tower/condenser system. This permits a condensing temperature substantially closer to design wet-bulb temperature, and consequently, minimum heat process energy input.\nADVANTAGES OF ACE AND SPARES:\nSince the process fluid of a closed loop system is completely isolated from the environment, routine maintenance is only required on the heat rejection equipment itself. The need to shut down the system periodically to clean the heat exchanger is dramatically reduced, if not entirely eliminated.
