AIR OIL COOLER IN OVERVIEW : –

Generally Oil from the bleed line of the power pack is passed through the copper tube inner space and ambient air with the help of the axial fan is blown over these pipes effecting heat transfer. So generally the lowest possible temperature 0 is ambient dry bulb plus 10 C for the given capacity flow. Our Air Oil Cooler is also equipped.

These are D Cup Coolers (also known as Bar and Fin Cooler), or Plate and Fin type coolers, typically because cooling fins are attached to the heat sink, thereby increasing its surface areatogreatercoolingeffectiveness.

AIR OIL COOLER FEATURES : –

To maintain the oil sump temperature, where it is not very precise.

Units are equipped with a fin & tube heat exchanger & axial fan.

Air is passed over the exchanger external surface area and oil flows inside the tube from the bleed line of the power pack.

The temperature of the oil depends upon the ambient temperature.
